Fried Hard Boiled Eggs

Hard boiled eggs fried in butter, or ghee.

  • 3-5 large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter or ghee


  • Add butter to a fry pan over high heat
  • Add hard boiled eggs to pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until desired browness and crispness
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, or any desired seasonings


Ghee works better than butter due to its higher smoke point.  Eggs can be hard or soft boiled prior to frying.
