Keto Bacon & Egg Salad Sandwich

A classic egg salad sandwich with no crazy or over the top ingredients. Just a simple egg salad, made deliciously and sandwiched between two slices of low carb bread.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh dill chopped


  • Place eggs in a single layer on the bottom of a sauce pan.  Fill with cold water so that it covers the eggs with about an inch. Bring to a boil and cover. Let steep for 10 minutes. 
  • Place the eggs in an ice bath for a couple minutes and then peel.
  • Roughly chop the eggs and add to a medium mixing bowl. Add mayo, mustard, salt, pepper and dill. Gently fold egg salad until incorporated. Taste and add additional seasoning if necessary.


Of course egg salad has many variations. Add chopped celery, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, or any other ingredient that makes it your own.
