Keto Grilled Bacon & Pimento Cheese Sandwich

A grilled cheese sandwich dripping with sharp cheddar cheese, crispy bacon and spicy red pimentos layered between two pieces of butter toasted bread.

  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup pimentos chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 4 slices bacon


  • In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until combined . Season with additional salt & pepper if necessary.  
  • Add cheese spread to your favorite bread. Add cooked bacon strips and then toast on a non-stick pan over medium heat with a little melted butter.  


If you'd prefer the cheese to be more melted, you can finish the sandwich in a 350F oven for a few minutes. 
The cheese spread will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
